You may be here because life feels heavy right now. Maybe you are living with chronic illness or chronic pain, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, grieving a loss, including the loss of a beloved pet, navigating caregiver fatigue, or trying to cope with a major life change. These experiences can affect every part of life, including your relationships, work, identity, and emotional well-being.

My goal is to offer a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is collaborative and centred on the whole person. Mental health does not exist in isolation. Our environments, experiences, and systems all matter. Counselling can be a space where you do not have to carry these experiences alone. Together, we can talk about what you are experiencing, make sense of difficult emotions, and explore ways of coping that support your well-being and quality of life alongside the challenges you are facing.

I provide virtual counselling for adults across Ontario as a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. I offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends, to help make support more accessible.
